Schneider Electric SpaceLogic KNX Remote (LSS9002103) is a secure, subscription-based solution designed for system integrators and electricians. It enables safe remote configuration of KNX projects via ETS or eConfigure software and secure access to Wiser for KNX (LSS100100) and spaceLYnk (LSS100200) controllers. This solution reduces on-site service visits and improves maintenance response efficiency.

• Secure remote access for KNX project configuration and management of Wiser for KNX / spaceLYnk controllers
• Optional project backup
• Flexible subscription models with terms including monthly, annual, 5‑year, and 10‑year
• Supports projects from single installations up to large customer portfolios
• Controller reassignment allowed: 1 reassignment per month for annual subscriptions
• Email notifications for subscription purchase, modification, and renewal

Subscriptions are managed via digital vouchers activated in the Schneider Electric Software Shop. Manual renewal before expiration is required.

• ETS users: ETS 5 or 6 + SpaceLogic KNX Remote ETS App
• eConfigure users: eConfigure Lite, Expert or Expert Student V3.0 or higher
• Controller: Wiser for KNX (LSS100100) or spaceLYnk (LSS100200) with firmware V3.0 or higher
• Internet connection
• Schneider Electric Cloud account
• Valid subscription per controller
• Approval from the site owner for remote access

Vouchers are redeemed in the Schneider Electric Software Shop to create active subscriptions. The validity period starts upon subscription creation. Unredeemed vouchers expire 365 days after purchase.
