Productoverzicht
De B3624 is een lokale controller uit de Andover Continuum b3600-serie, met vierentwintig universele ingangen in één behuizing. Dit ontwerp met hoge dichtheid is ideaal voor toepassingen die uitgebreide monitoring vereisen met minimale commando-uitvoer. De controller accepteert gemengde signaaltypes, waaronder weerstandselementen, signalsignalen en droge contacten, waardoor signaalseparatie overbodig is. Met een resolutie van 10 bits voor controle- en monitoringsapplicaties ondersteunt het lijnfoutbewaking om open- of kortsluitingscondities te detecteren en te rapporteren. Programmering wordt uitgevoerd met de Andover Continuum toolset, en het apparaat functioneert als een native BACnet Advanced Application Controller.

Systeemintegratie Opmerkingen
Deze controller met hoge dichtheid vereist zorgvuldige bedradingsdiscipline. Alle 24 lussen moeten correct worden geïdentificeerd, gescheiden en systematisch worden getest. De lijnfoutbewakingsfunctie is alleen effectief wanneer lussen zo zijn bedraad dat open circuits worden onderscheiden van echte alarmcondities. Als BACnet-master op een MS/TP-segment moeten apparaatinstantienummers, baudrate en segmentbelasting zorgvuldig worden gepland. Correcte segmentterminatie en referentie zijn essentieel om intermitterende netwerkfouten te voorkomen. Programmering moet tijdens de ingebruikname worden geback-upt.
