The SpaceLogic SHD2XP2A is an intelligent, high-performance duct-mounted temperature and relative humidity transmitter designed for commercial HVAC, building automation, and plant room applications. This flexible multi-sensor platform integrates precise temperature and capacitive relative humidity sensors into a single, robust probe. By supporting field-selectable BACnet MS/TP and Modbus RTU open protocols, it bridges the gap between field-level environmental data and Building Automation Systems (BAS). Featuring an outstanding 2% RH measurement accuracy, excellent long-term calibration stability, and a highly durable IP65-rated enclosure, the SHD2XP2A is the premium choice for engineers seeking to optimize indoor air quality, thermal comfort, and energy efficiency.
- Field-selectable BACnet MS/TP or Modbus RTU via on-board DIP switches. Supports standard baud rates: 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, 76800, and 115200 bps. High-quality RS-485 transceiver.
- 2-wire serial communication interface for transmitting temperature, relative humidity, calculated dew point, and wet-bulb temperatures. Additionally features 2 auxiliary analog inputs for cascading local passive thermistors.
- 24 VAC ±15% (50/60 Hz) or 20 to 30 VDC, Class 2 circuit compliant, with polarity reversal and overcurrent protection.

- Thin-film capacitive polymer sensor. Operating range: 0 to 100% RH (non-condensing). Accuracy: ±2% RH within the 20% to 80% RH range at 25°C. Long-term drift: Less than ±0.5% RH annually.
