The QMX3.P02 is a surface-mount, wall-mounted KNX room operator unit that combines an integrated NTC room temperature sensor with configurable touch-sensitive keys featuring LED indicators. This unit serves as the primary room-level interface between building occupants and the KNX building automation system.

The unit features an exchangeable label window for custom function identification using standard Word templates, supporting any installation language. White housing. Active product status.

The QMX3.P02 is the standard room operator unit for Desigo Total Room Automation deployments in:

When connected to a Desigo DXR2 room automation station via KNX PL-Link, it delivers plug-and-play operation — the DXR2 downloads the application automatically, eliminating ETS individual address assignment and dramatically reducing commissioning time across large multi-room projects.

The integrated NTC temperature sensor replaces the need for a separate room temperature sensor, feeding measured room temperature directly to the DXR2 for HVAC control. In open-plan offices, the configurable touch keys allow each unit to be labeled and programmed for specific lighting zones, blind circuits, and scene configurations.
