UP 588/23 KNX Touch Panel AC/DC 24 V Smart Room Controller 5WG1588-2AB23

The UP 588/23 is a flush-mount KNX touch panel operating at AC/DC 24 V SELV, delivering the same advanced room control capabilities as the AC 230 V UP 588/13 while targeting low-voltage installation environments where SELV power is preferred for safety or regulatory reasons.

Suitable for healthcare facilities, educational institutions, humid environments and international projects following SELV wiring conventions.

The capacitive touchscreen enables intuitive control of KNX-connected systems including:

  • Lighting (on/off, dimming)
  • Blind management
  • HVAC setpoints and mode selection
  • Scene activation
  • Energy monitoring

KNX S-Mode integration ensures full ecosystem interoperability with ETS commissioning and group/individual addressing support.

The AC/DC 24 V input accepts both AC and DC sources, providing flexibility when connecting to existing 24 V infrastructure, centralized SELV panels or UPS-backed power systems. The device flush-mounts into UP 588E01 enclosure and accepts all S 588/..3 design frame variants.
