UP 220D31 KNX Pushbutton Interface
The KNX pushbutton interface is a compact flush-mounted device for installation in 60 mm switch and socket boxes. It offers four inputs/outputs configurable for potential-free contacts or for controlling an LED indicator, enabling integration of multiple pushbuttons into a KNX network.
The interface generates sensing voltage for potential-free contacts, so no external power supply is required for the connected switches. Each input supports a maximum cable length of 10 m using unshielded twisted cable.
Key Features & Functions
- Input functions include locking via blocking objects, adjustable long button press duration, and configurable normally open or normally closed contact type
- Transmission parameters support adjustable cyclic transmission and configurable transmission after bus voltage recovery
- The device evaluates short and long button presses, supports switching on/off/toggle, transmits 8-bit and 16-bit values
- Provides single-button dimming and two-pushbutton dimming with stop telegram
- One or two-pushbutton shutter/blind control, 8-bit scene store and recall with a scene module
- Pulse counting with limit value monitoring in 8/16/32-bit modes are also available
