The M 592/01 KNX mounting enclosure is a dedicated housing for one flush-mounted actuator from the UP 5..S32 series, including UP 511S32, UP 562S32, and UP 525S32 devices. It converts a recessed appliance box installation into a DIN rail or surface-mountable assembly, making it suitable for distribution panels, cable ducts, raised-floor boxes, and ceiling-mounted cabinets. The plastic case provides a separate wiring compartment that keeps function cables away from the KNX bus cable, while integrated strain relief protects conductor terminations from pull and vibration. Screw fastening ensures secure mechanical attachment in environments where vibration or movement could loosen clip-on mounts. The enclosure mounts on standard TH35 DIN rail per DIN EN 60715 and offers an IP 20 rating for dry indoor locations such as electrical closets, utility rooms, and control cabinets.
