The NP16214_01WG is the eight-button thermostat panel in the wine gold finish, specified as part of the interior rather than as building services equipment. Beneath the finish, the specification is the platform shared across the range: eight function keys on four rockers, three modules, flush mounting with a clipping system, a polycarbonate body with a polished and lacquered surface, and an installation depth of 29.3 millimetres. It is a KNX bus device on a single twisted pair, signalled locally by an amber LED and a white LED, and protected internally against overcurrent, overvoltage and reverse polarity. The thermostat application covers fan coil units, variable refrigerant flow systems, floor heating and ventilation, with an integrated temperature sensor providing the room reading. The device arrives with its fixing frame and a set of twenty symbols.

The warm finish is the reason this version exists and also the reason it demands care at ordering: the plate and the fixing frame have to be a matched pair, which is why the frame is supplied with the device, and the symbols actually applied have to look deliberate on a visible face.

The thermal decision remains the one that determines performance rather than appearance. A combined panel measures the room where it is mounted, and the fan coil application allows the internal sensor, an external sensor or a combination — so on a wall beside a window or above a radiator, the external reference should be commissioned from the outset.

Luxury hotel suites, boutique hospitality interiors and private clubs are the main applications, where the guest reads and adjusts the temperature from the plate that also controls the lighting and the finish matches brass or warm metal joinery.

High-end residential principal rooms use it where the client expects one control point for both services, and serviced apartments and premium student accommodation apply it because consolidating the thermostat and the keypad reduces the number of devices and the coordination required at each wall position.

Where the same interior contains rooms of different complexity, the availability of this design at five and eight keys lets a project keep one visual family while matching capacity to the room, and the wine gold finish allows the device to be specified alongside warm metal ironmongery without introducing a second finish.
